West Developments (Scotland) Limited is the privately owned and operated Building company which specialises in small to medium private residential projects. The company also undertakes its own speculative developments. The company is a high-end contractor and we are pioneers of high quality & prestigious homes for private and discerning individuals who strive for something distinct in their proposed property. We recognise that everyone has different styles, refinements and ideals for their property and we bring our experience to the fore in ensuring the client is delivered exactly what they are looking for.

From guiding and assisting the client through the various differing specification choices to producing that final high end product all within the financial constraints of a pre-determined budget is the ethos on which West Developments is founded. We endeavour at all times to deliver a high quality end product that both ourselves and our clients can be proud of.

Our ‘in-house’ team of professionals will take the project full circle from inception to completion – our innovative concepts and diversity in over coming the standard building issues ensure that the finished product is as it was envisaged at the outset. We works closely with all other project consultants from architects to surveyors to kitchen designers.

We have the knowledge and expertise as well as established long term relationships with some of the renowned suppliers to bring quality bespoke fixtures, fittings and finishes to our projects all within the realms of a realistic cost – in short we utilise our buying power to offer the best bespoke products at the best possible price.

West Developments will provide the guidance and support that a ‘standard’ builder would be unable to assist with through every stage of the project.

The company has extensive experience in the installation of all green and renewable energy products from air source & ground source heat pumps to rain water harvesting and Solar Thermal / PV.

The company has experience in refurbishment, renovation and extension properties – no job is too small.
